Our website address is: onecase.pl. The administrator of the onecase.pl website is the law firm ONECASE Legal Counsel Maciej Żakiewicz with its registered office in Warsaw at 15 Grażyny Street.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The administrator of your personal data, including but not limited to your name, surname, address, Internet address, telephone number, is ONECASE Radca Prawny Maciej Żakiewicz, 15 Grażyny Street, apt. 201, 02-032 Warsaw. The owner of the law firm and the website is Maciej Żakiewicz.

The Controller has not appointed its representative referred to in Article 13(1)(a) of the GDPR or the Data Protection Officer referred to in Article 13(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR for the purpose and on the basis of at least one of the following provisions: Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (f) of the GDPR, i.e.:

  • the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
  • processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
  • processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;

In connection with the obligation arising from Article 13(3) of the GDPR, the Controller informs that it does not plan to further process personal data for any purpose other than the purpose for which the data was collected.

The administrator of all personal data contained in all messages sent through the https://onecase.pl website and sent to and from mailboxes in the @onecase.pl domain, including data such as m.in name, surname, e-mail address of their addressees, is the law firm ONECASE Radca Prawny Maciej Żakiewicz with its registered office in Warsaw at 15 Grażyny Street, apt. 201. We process your personal data in order to carry out ongoing correspondence and possibly respond to the content of the inquiry submitted to us. The basis for the processing of your personal data is our legitimate interest based on the ability to communicate with you.

Pursuant to Article 13(1)(e) of the GDPR, the Personal Data Controller declares that the recipients of your personal data are processors, including, m.in, an entity that conducts the accounting and tax affairs of the Controller and acts as a processor in relation to it, entities maintaining the IT infrastructure.

Pursuant to Article 13(2)(e) of the GDPR, the Personal Data Controller informs you that the provision of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract and the fulfilment by the Controller of its obligations under the law, including, in particular, accounting obligations and obligations arising from the provisions of tax law. If you refuse to provide your personal data, it becomes impossible to conclude and perform the contract.

How long we keep your data

Pursuant to Article 13(2)(a) of the GDPR, the Personal Data Controller informs that you store your personal data from the moment of their acquisition to the most distant moment when the contract is performed and the Controller fulfils all obligations resulting from its conclusion, including, m.in accounting and other obligations resulting from the provisions of tax law.

For users who have registered on our website (if any), we also store the personal information you enter in your profile. You can review, correct, or delete your personal information at any time (except for your username, which cannot be changed). Site administrators can also view and modify this information.

What rights do you have over your data?

Pursuant to Article 13(2)(b) of the GDPR, the Personal Data Controller informs that you have the following rights:

  • pursuant to Article 15(1) of the GDPR, the right to obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her is being processed, and if so, you are entitled to access them and to obtain information about their processing;
  • pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, the right to request the Controller to promptly rectify inaccurate personal data and the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement;
  • in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR, the right to request the erasure of your personal data without undue delay;
  • in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR, the right to request the restriction of processing;
  • pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR, the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data that you have provided to the Controller, and the right to transmit such personal data to another Controller without hindrance from the Controller to whom the personal data has been provided;
  • in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR, the right to object to the processing of personal data;
  • pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR;
  • the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

If you have a user account or have commented on this website, you may request to be provided with a file with an export of all of the personal data we hold about you, including all of the personal data you have provided. You can also request that we delete all of your personal data in our possession. This does not apply to any data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security reasons.
