The Controller has not appointed its representative referred to in Article 13(1)(a) of the GDPR or the Data Protection Officer referred to in Article 13(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR for the purpose and on the basis of at least one of the following provisions: Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (f) of the GDPR, i.e.:

Pursuant to Article 13(2)(e) of the GDPR, the Personal Data Controller informs you that the provision of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract and the fulfilment by the Controller of its obligations under the law, including, in particular, accounting obligations and obligations arising from the provisions of tax law. If you refuse to provide your personal data, it becomes impossible to conclude and perform the contract.
How long we keep your data
Pursuant to Article 13(2)(a) of the GDPR, the Personal Data Controller informs that you store your personal data from the moment of their acquisition to the most distant moment when the contract is performed and the Controller fulfils all obligations resulting from its conclusion, including, m.in accounting and other obligations resulting from the provisions of tax law.
For users who have registered on our website (if any), we also store the personal information you enter in your profile. You can review, correct, or delete your personal information at any time (except for your username, which cannot be changed). Site administrators can also view and modify this information.
